About ScaleNexus
We own the path from lab to tonnage.
ScaleNexus is the industrialization partner for advanced materials. We build the infrastructure for the next generation of materials — taking proven alloys from lab scale to full industrial production, predictably and fast.
01 · Why we exist
Proven alloys were dying between the lab and the line.
ScaleNexus was founded by materials engineers who watched it happen again and again: a material that clearly outperformed the incumbent at lab scale, and a buyer who clearly needed it — and nobody who owned the work in between.
Crossing that gap takes years of process development, pilot batches and qualification. A research lab isn't built to do it; a production team doesn't have the time. It is exactly the work we exist for.
The scale-up gap
The step nobody owns.
02 · Where we sit
The missing middle.
We start where alloy design ends and hand off qualification-ready production.

03 · How we're built
Software, a lab, and a network.
Three capabilities that rarely live under one roof — and that the scale-up gap needs together.
04 · What we stand for
Predictable Scale. Validated Speed.
- No surprises at full scale.Predictable scale: problems are found on screen and in our lab, where they are cheap — not on your production line, where they are not.
- Months, not years.Validated speed: qualified production in 6–18 months, with every step backed by evidence rather than optimism.
- Knowing early is a result.Honest answers: if a material can't be industrialized, we say so at scoping — and you keep the full risk assessment.
- Your chemistry stays yours.Confidentiality: a mutual NDA comes before any composition or process data changes hands.
